kay_brooke asked for "a quiet day for Robin and Jian."
Robin woke in a panic, sure something was wrong. He fought his way out of the blankets and looked around the room in confusion. What was wrong? Was he late?
He looked at the alarm - yes, late! Why hadn't his alarm woken him up? He started to get out of bed, but Jian grabbed him by the back of his nightshirt and pulled him back down to the mattress.
"Jian! Hey! I have to go!"
Jian opened one eye and stared at him. "Go? Where are you going?"
"To work! I'm late!" Jian's grip loosened. Robin thought he'd seen sense and started to scramble out of the bed again, but after a second Jian's arm snaked around his waist and pulled him tight against his lover.
"You're not going to work," Jian rumbled.
"That's very sexy and all but I'm going to be late-"
"You're not going to work because it's a holiday."
It took a minute for that to sink in enough that Robin stopped trying to wriggle free. He called up the date and sure enough, it was the first day of New Years. He relaxed, suddenly exhausted, and snuggled back against Jian.
Jian laughed quietly. "Can I let you go now?"
"No."
"No?"
Robin wrapped his arms around Jian in return. "Never let me go. Okay?"
"Of course," Jian smiled. "Love you. Go back to sleep."
"Yessir," Robin answered, already yawning. "Love you too."

actually both of them are adorable dorks, but Robin in particular. Also, "never let me go" was a ridiculously soppy thing to say and it got me all wibbly. Nicely done!

Yay thank you! I'm glad you liked it.
