Summertime Blues 7, True Blue 16: Beautiful
Author: Kat
Title: Beautiful
Story: In the Heart
Colors: Summertime blues 7 (Unfulfilled), true blue 16 (Thick as thieves)
Supplies and Materials: Frame, stain (Man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions. - Oliver Wendell Holmes), novelty beads (I don't know what that means), fingerpainting (first person. Though I expect I'll be getting some practice in this), miniature.
Word Count: 100
Rating: PG-13
Summary: It's just one moment, just the two of us messing around on a summer day.
Warnings: sexy descriptions? Zack gets surprisingly poetic. But no, not really.
Notes: *sidles back in* Soooooo did you know that Russia blocks Dreamwidth? Like, the government? 'Cause I didn't. Fun surprise. Anyway, this is a lint roller piece, question from Kelly: "Zack! Did you realized you loved Felipe as more than a friend before you cajoled him into telling you how he felt?"
It's just one moment, just the two of us messing around on a summer day, laughing and cracking jokes as we walk to lunch, and Felipe turns his head and the sunlight slants along his jaw and I think, beautiful.
It's just one moment. It doesn't mean anything. I like women, their breasts and hips and lovely smoky eyes. I like their pink mouths and rosy nipples and the sweet honeyed softness between their thighs. I've always liked women, and I'm pretty sure I always will.
But it's there, in the back of my head, that one whispered thought.
Beautiful.

Back on point, that bit with Felipe's profile and the sunlight is gorgeous, in so few words. No wonder Zack's smitten. <3
