Nelly’s eyes open wide when she hears her colleagues gossip – talking about everybody (even about those who are still present) and not caring if they’d hurt people.


During lunch break she lets her head rest on her arms, on her desk – the headache getting worse.


She takes a deep breath, the cup of tea warming her hands – it prevents them from trembling.


Her chair falls on the ground with a loud bang, making everybody look up – surprised faces when they see the anger on hers.


Nelly slams the door when she leaves – not bothered at all by the fact she’ll probably be fired.


Rafael’s arms are safe when she cries herself to sleep that night.
