Upon hearing Mr. Sammy's voice, Reid jumped from his chair; his book equally jumped from his hands, flipped about in the air and fell neatly on his lap.

Sammy's face was really close to Reid's, "Sorry for funking you like this. Shouldn't have piped you out when you're reading your romance books." He continued, with genuine interest in his voice, "But tell me, what number of Seductive Whispers is this book?"

Reid's face was bright red; he was not ashamed of his reading habits, so why was he acting like this when it was Sammy? "Number five, sir."
