'Verse: Feredar
Colors: Paprika #16. Never give up on the good times., Moonlight #14. Antediluvian
Supplies and Materials: graffiti (Red Carpet, Day 3), frame, seed beads, novelty beads (no capes)
Word Count: 195

Characters: Nava, Sola
Warnings: Nope
Notes: Constructive criticism welcome, as always.
"What's this one?" Nava asked, wrinkling her nose a little despite herself as she unwrapped yet another tissue-filled box.
"Hmm?" Mamma peered over her shoulder, and actually laughed. "Oh! I remember that one. I wore that are your uncle Mellir's wedding."
"You wore that to a wedding?" she asked, utterly horrified. It was such a weird shape, and none of the colors matched, and Mamma was always so pretty and perfect and dressed so nicely.
"Oh, it was the fashion of the time, dear," Mamma said airily, then laughed again and kissed the top of her head. "It is a bit of an eyesore, though, isn't it?"
Nava nodded emphatically.
"Ah, well," she said. "I'm sentimental about my dresses and my memories. We'll keep that one."
Nava sighed, and sealed the box again and put it with the others. Really, though, it was probably for the best--the fabric was too good to use as stuffing, and too garish to use as anything else. Let alone give away.
"Besides," Mamma said, a mischievous sparkle in her eyes. "If you thought the dress was ridiculous, you should've seen how we did our hair back then."
...horrors.

Me tooooo. And of course Sola was all about that at the time, much to her daughter's later chagrin, lol.
