shipwreck_light I am keeping him. He's beautiful and delicious! We're working on a collab and I had to.
Passion, as he knew it was supposed to be thrilling, exciting, and delicious. It made you want to come back for more, time and again. Passion blossomed into strong emotions, most dangerously love. He didn't want to think of this as passion. Hero bit his lip just hard enough for Siebenkas to suck in a breath and fight against the urge to pull away. The other man chuckled darkly against his mouth afterwards. Siebenkas rose to the challenge immediately.
No, this wasn't passion at all, Siebenkas was an adrenalin junkie.
That explained it when he tripped Hero and the two of them tumbled to the ground next to the fire. It explained the grass stains on his knees and the dirt that Hero's fingers trailed along his arm. It had to, because the implications of this were too much otherwise.
You weren't supposed to play with fire, he reminded himself when he sat up and pulled Hero's shirt off over his head. So they weren't playing. No one said anything about passing time with your hand down fire's pants, after all. As long as that's all this was and it wasn't ever going to be more.
Hero's accent never cracked in English, but it crackled when he was on top of Siebenkas. Smoke plumed at the edges of his German when he gripped the ground above Siebenkas' shoulder. Hero's other hand was hot at his hip. Possessive but it could not be passion.
There was no manual on fucking with fire.
